Relaxing pool side at what appears to be a day spa, Cameron, 40, and Penelope, 39, lay on a lounge, naked from the waist up and their modesty concealed by white towels.
Smiling alongside one another, the two screen beauties are seen enjoying what appears to be some strawberry smoothies.
Cameron and Penelope both appeared in Cameron Crowe's 2001 hit romantic drama Vanilla Sky.
