The FBI has launched an investigation into an alleged hacking incident resulting in half-nude photos of actress Scarlett Johansson being leaked on the Web.

The photos are reported to have come from the artiste's cell phone, some showing her back framed by a towel and others with her completely topless.
Johansson is one of 50 celebrities who have fallen victim to hacking of cell phones and internet addresses, including Jessica Alba and Vanessa Hudgens.
FBI spokesperson, Laura Eimiller told E News that the FBI were investigating a person or group responsible for a series of cyber intrusions of high profile figures. "This would include many devices-could mean a computer, desktop, laptop, iPad, cell phone...intrusions into personal online accounts too," she said .

Scarlett Johansson appears to be the latest victim of a nude photo HACKER -- after multiple self-shot naked cell phone pics of the actress appeared on a popular website this morning.
Sources connected with Scarlett tell us ... the FBI will be contacted this morning because they believe this is a criminal act.
The FBI has been involved in several celebrity nude photo hacking situations in the past year -- involving Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba and more.The list includes Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, Busy Philipps, Scarlett Johansson, Miley Cyrus, Emma Caulfield, Addison Timlin and Renee Olstead.
TMZ broke the story ... the FBI sat down with Vanessa Hudgens Wednesday for more than an hour to determine how her Gmail account got hacked.
We're told 50 celebs had compromising photos and videos stolen by one group, and one of the ringleaders has his fingerprints on every job.
Our sources say the hackers' primary motivation is the thrill and challenge of it all -- not the money.
Law enforcement sources tell us the FBI is closing in on the hackers.

Sources connected to Vanessa tell TMZ the photos were taken from the same batch that were released several years ago featuring the actress ... fully nude.
As TMZ previously reported, Vanessa sued the owners of a website back in 2009 for posting the first round of nude pics. The lawsuit stated that the photos were obtained by "unknown methods" and posted without Hudgens' "knowledge or consent."
Sources tell us ... Vanessa believes whoever is doing this "has it out for her" because the release of these photos in dribs and drabs coincides with her movie releases.
Vanessa's new movie "Sucker Punch" is coming out later this month.
As for taking the pics in the first place, one well informed source tells TMZ, "Trust me ... Vanessa has learned her lesson."
It seems Scarlett Johansson has become the latest victim of hackers, as nude photographs from her mobile phone were leaked on a Web site on Wednesday.
Reports are that Johansson believes the photograph leak was a criminal act and will be tapping the FBI for an investigation.

Así lo consigna el portal TMZ, donde añaden que parte del equipo de la actriz de Iron Man 2 habría contactado a los federales para que indagaran en el tema.
Las imágenes habrían sido robadas por hackers, desde el mismo celular de la actriz, quien aparece desnuda en las imágenes.
Johansson no sería la única víctima de estos hackers, quienes habrían atacado además a otras celebridades.
