HOT CELEBRITIES: Bryan Ferry, 66, marries 'toygirl' Amanda Sheppard in romantic island ceremony; Dolly Parton's big assets; Lohan is in talks to play Elizabeth Taylor

Bryan Ferry and his PR girlfriend Amanda Sheppard have tied the knot in a romantic island ceremony.
The pair married in a simple private ceremony at the stunning Amanyara luxury beach resort on the Turks and Caicos Islands last week on January 4th.
Amanda, who is 36 years Ferry's junior, wore an ethereal Lanvin white dress for the ceremony, while the 66-year-old Roxy Music star looked dapper in a a dark blue suit by Anderson & Sheppard.

This is the second marriage for world-famous crooner Ferry, who was married to Lucy Helmore, with whom he has four children, for 21 years.
He also famously dated Jerry Hall for two years before she left him for Mick Jagger.
Following his divorce from Helmore, Ferry began dating dancer Katie Turner, 35 years his junior.

During an interview last year, Ferry said he was 'fortunate' to have snared himself a younger girlfriend.
He told the Mail On Sunday's Live magazine: 'The interesting thing is - and I don’t want to say the wrong thing in case I get into trouble with my girlfriend - you never really meet people your own age who aren’t married.
'I’m very fortunate that I work in music, where you’re in touch with different age groups, either the audience or people you work with.
'It does help. Obviously I’m not ageist!'
When the Ferry and Amanda first started dating back in 2009, many people doubted whether their relationship would last.
A source said at the time: 'No one expected the fling to last, but it's getting quite serious.
'They are a really lovely couple but there's no talk of marriage just yet. I don't think Bryan's that keen on getting married again.'
However, a few months later Amanda quit her job as a London PR girl after Ferry offered to financially support her, and moved in to the singer's London home.
Amanda was absent from Buckingham Palace last year, however, when Ferry collected his CBE from the Queen.
The singer was instead accompanied by his sons Otis, 29, Isaac, 26, Tara, 21, and 20-year-old Merlin.
He told the Mail after the ceremony: 'I was worried that my sons would think it a bit, well, uncool. But they actually think I am rather supercool!'

Rachel Hunter lets her hair down... literally at pre-Golden Globes party

It's not unusual for celebrities to change clothes as they hop from one party to another. But it's not often they take out their perfectly groomed hair.
Rachel Hunter was spotted with a slicked back 'do when she posed on the red carpet at a pre-Golden Globes party.
But she quickly let down her blonde locks as she partied with the stars.

The 42-year-old had clearly abandoned her prim and proper look as she left Cecconi's restaurant in West Hollywood.
She continued to wear her off-the-shoulder black silk dress which she paired with a stunning blue necklace and black heels.

The New Zealand model-turned-actress and reality star added a large black coat to the ensemble as she stepped outside, and carried a small black clutch.

The mother-of-two, who was previously married to Rod Stewart didn't appear to be drinking, as she left the event driving her car.
The party was star-studded with actress Zoe Saldana, 90210 and Glee stars attending.
Zoe tweeted: 'Had a blast last night @Audi and #MartinKatz Golden Globe Kick-Off Party @Cecconi ‘s. Awards season has official begun! -ZS.'
The Golden Globes will be held on Sunday with comedian Ricky Gervais hosting the event.

From Playboy to A Place in the Sun? Lindsay Lohan is in talks to play Elizabeth Taylor on the small screen

She recently vamped it up as Marilyn Monroe in a steamy shoot for Playboy magazine, and now Lindsay Lohan is moving on to another screen icon.
The troubled starlet,25, may be morphing in to none other than Elizabeth Taylor.
She is in early talks to play Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime movie based on the recently deceased actress' life.

According to Deadline.com, Lindsay has been discussed to play the starring role in Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story.

It will chronicle the ongoing love affair between Taylor and actor Richard Burton.
Their romance was the most highly publicised and notorious love affair of its time; Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt might be their modern-day equivalent.
The made-for-TV movie, produced by Larry Thompson, was originally announced as part of Lifetime's 2011-12 development slate.
Linsday's career, which seemed so promising from her early days as a child star in films like Freaky Friday and The Parent Trap, has stalled as of late.
She has become more known for her off-screen antics, including various stints in jail and rehab.
However, a 2004 Slate story suggests that the starlet may, in fact, be the perfect person to play Taylor.
It reads: 'Both had domineering stage mothers, little semblance of a real childhood, fame from a young age, substance abuse issues, public emotional outpourings, and copious amounts of tabloid drama.'
The actress died of heart failure at the age of 79 on March 23, 2011.

Dolly Parton is proud to show off her greatest gifts in plunging white dress at premiere of Joyful Noise

Shy is not a term that one can apply to Dolly Parton.
In fact, the Southern singer seemed to embody the expression 'If you've got it, flaunt it' at the Hollywood premiere of her new film, Joyful Noise, tonight.
At 65 years old, she definitely has 'it', as she showed off her in a tight-fitting, cleavage-baring white frock.

Like a true Southern gal, Dolly couldn't resist showing off her big bar hair and her even more substantial chest in the low-cut dress.

Although she claimed her assets were God-given back in the eighties, Dolly has since changed her tune.
She often declares when asked if she's had work done: 'Yep, they are mine...bought and paid for!'

She also proudly displayed her miniscule waistline by spanning her hot pink fingernails across her tiny hips.
She accessorised with blinged-out white kitten heels and, of course, a few crosses here and there across her body.
She wore one such homage to God around her neck and the other as a giant ring on her left hand.

Her latest film in an acting career that's been touch and go since 1980's Nine to Five is a perfect fit for the sassy star.
In the fashion of Glee, the film follows two strong minded women who are forced to cooperate when budget cuts threaten to shut down a small town choir.
The other 'strong' woman in question is Queen Latifah; if a recent joint interview the two ladies gave to Entertainment Weekly is any indication, they became incredibly close during filming.

The 41-year-old former rapper wasn't even offended when Dolly received special treatment in the form of a fitted choir robe so that she could better show off her prized possessions.
She rationalised her fashion request, saying: 'Well, I'm so short and my boobs are so big, that if I had that big robe on...'
Latifah finished: 'She'd look like a tiny box.'
Although they seem completely different, Parton swears that she and Latifah have more in common than one might think.

'We're from two completely different worlds. We're alike in that we are bighearted, but we didn't have no trouble fighting,' she laughed to the magazine.
The Queen showed off her own curvaceous figure in a ruched teal green dress and brown peep-toed heels that added additional height to her 5'10 frame.
They were joined on the red carpet by co-stars Keke Palmer, Courtney B. Vance and Jeremy Jordan.
A slew of celebrity pals also came out to support the two big personalities.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol star Paula Patton looked svelte and sensational in a tight black dress.
All traces of the baby weight she had put on from having son Julian in April of 2010 was long gone.

She came to support her Just Wright co-star Latifah. The two women are so close that the singer even threw Paula's baby shower in the months before she gave birth.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, dressed demurely in leggings and a black wrap, also came out to show her support, as did Vivica A. Fox.

Dolly wasn't without her famous support system, either.

The entire Cyrus family came out as one to praise the singer, who played 'Aunt Dolly' on Miley Cyrus' hit Disney show Hannah Montana for four years.

Unfortunately, Miley herself wasn't in attendance, though her father Billy Ray, mother Tish and sisters Noah and Brandi all showed their faces.

The film hits American theatres on January 13.
