Lindsay Lohan returned to court on Wednesday where she learned her fate after failing to complete her community service assignment at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles.After Lohan admitted to violating probation, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the actress was in violation of probation and sentenced her to 300 days in jail.
The judge ordered Lohan to surrender to jail by November 9.
However, Judge Sautner explained that after her 30 days in jail, if Lohan continues to perform community service and attended therapy sessions, the remainder of her 270 days in jail will be stayed.

Lohan will not be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring or early release.
