Thanks to one night out with Robert Pattinson, Sarah Roemer has gone from being "that girl in 'Disturbia"' to the Twi-hards' biggest threat.
The 27-year-old blonde was spotted on Saturday night with Pattinson -- and a bunch of friends -- at the aptly named L.A. hotspot La Poubelle.
But "Twilight" fans can retract their claws. Roemer is, in fact, old friends with the "Twilight" hunk's girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, having met her on the set of Kate Hudson's short film "Cutlass" in 2007. The duo were even photographed on set together mugging with their director.
Though Stewart is currently filming "Snow White and the Huntsman" in the U.K., it's safe to say a star as pap-savvy as RPattz wouldn't be dumb enough to be photographed with his pants down, so to speak. He may have even met Roemer through Stewart.
Roemer has appeared in several films besides "Cutlass" (a number of them straight-to-DVD releases), but she's probably best known for her role as Shia LaBeouf's love interest in the 2007 thriller "Disturbia." Rumour has it that their romance extended offscreen, though the actress hasn't publicly been attached to any other actors.
The San Diego native began modeling at age 15 after being discovered while buying a coffee in a 7-Eleven (you know how it is). She moved to New York two years later and, in 2006, she landed her first role, a small part in "Wristcutters: A Love Story."
Roemer most recently starred in the convoluted but thankfully short-lived NBC series "The Event," and currently appears in "Hawaii Five-O."
